Returns
We accept returns only for damaged items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Upon inspection, we will exchange the damaged item with an identical replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for reasons such as colour preference, size mismatch, or change of mind. We only exchange damaged items for the same product.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only if the ordered item is no longer available. In such cases, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days after confirmation.
